epicor vision in full service auto parts

Full Service Auto Parts has completed its upgrade to the powerful Epicor Vision distribution management solution. Epicor software is a global provider of industry specific software to promote business growth. Full Service Auto Parts is based in South-Central Texas and are distributors of automotive replacement parts in 13 locations. Earlier, it was using Epicor Ultimate Software which has been upgraded now.

Epicor Vision software is a powerful next-generation solution for parts distributors. It targets increased operational efficiency, stronger sales and margin growth along with exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer relationship management (CRM) tools, centralized database, advanced price managing system and inventory capabilities, accounting, comprehensive central services functions and hosting services are some of the features that come with the software.

The vice president of Full Service Auto Parts, Chris Huff said that they are definitely happy with the decision to implement Epicor Vision. “The implementation was well planned and executed, our confidence and knowledge of how to use the new system is high, and we now have the ability to pursue a broad range of new strategies for growing our business.

Huff’s team has already used the new solution to expand the available pricing levels by customer segment for improved margin performance. Full service is already benefitting increased pricing flexibility, improved inventory control and other advantages of the Epicor Vision. “Anytime you change software, you’re going to worry about preserving key business processes and all of your data, but we also balanced the concern with the significant benefits that would come with Vision. The Epicor implementation team did a good job and our own team was well prepared by the time we went live”, Huff added.
