The Harri Story
Harri’s story is a product of the wealth of knowledge its founder Luke Fryer acquired over a period of 20 years in the food industry. He has had a long stint in the industry and is a well-known face in the circles. Over time, he identified a gap in the hospitality industry which for long had been held back by fragmented systems and outdated technology. He felt that there was space for something new to bridge this gap. Hence, he envisioned a platform which would help businesses adapt to the industry’s ever-changing landscape. The Harri platform was launched in 2013 as a disruptive online marketplace for recruitment in the hospitality sector.
The Harri platform eventually evolved to Workforce OSTM in 2017. The platform was built from the ground-up exclusively for the hospitality industry. The platform delivers a friendly mechanism where and when it is required by the employees of a hospitality chain.
The Workforce OSTM is the best and the only platform that consolidates 30 employee technologies which helps in building and managing teams. It is a platform that helps those in hospitality an impressive recruitment brand so that they can cast a wider net to attract quality talent. It helps in screening the candidates and also makes the interviewing and the onboarding process effortless. On top of these, Workforce enables employees to enhance their communication skills and build an intelligent schedule. Further, it also helps with shift management and employee compliance. With Workforce OSTM onboard sales, labor, payroll, employee performance, and compliance analytics are only a several clicks away. It is a great platform and goes furthest to provide what the enterprise hospitality operators need to succeed.
Hire with ease
People are at the core of the hospitality business. And hence, in hospitality, businesses need to be extra careful about whom they chose to be on their team as each individual’s contribution at the workplace counts. While there is a huge talent marketplace when it comes to the hospitality industry, there are not many portals which help you look for hospitality-specific candidates.
Harri’s talent marketplace gives businesses unabridged access to more than 800,000 candidates to help them discover the best talent that fits their needs. The platform comes with smart filters and customized applications which helps in proactively connecting with the best by tagging the top talent.
The platform also provides a job distributor tool which helps in posting about the open positions. The tool simply makes you as a business visible to the hundreds of thousands of job seekers by taking a multi-channel approach. Integrated with Google and Facebook the tool can be used to post on several job portals like ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Craigslist, and much more.
The Workforce OSTM also comes with tools which make the onboarding process simpler by digitizing the onboarding process. New hires can be sent onboarding documents like I-9 and W-4 which enables them to complete the documents digitally through e-signature.
The company collaborates with an extensive network of partners which are stalwarts in their own spaces. These include the likes of Facebook, Toast, Revel Systems, Valiant, Paychex, ADP, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and R365. Through these massive collaborations, Harri can solve a major labor-related problem in hospitality and helping businesses prosper.
