Invex Technology Solutions:  Where Technology meets Innovation and Curiosity

Technology is core to the success of most businesses.  The pace of innovation in information technology is fast than we can absorb and respond. It is vital to instill this innovation in our businesses, irrespective of the mission or size. Only a few companies embrace the change and invest in it, Invex Technology Solutions is one among them.

Invex, the technology solutions and consulting services provider, was established to serve customers who were in need of new and innovative ways to run their IT businesses. The company’s motto was to replace the decades-old legacy systems of their customers with new and innovative processes and technologies to run their IT businesses. Their experts’ team understands customers’ needs and their existing IT systems limitations to meet those needs. They help businesses transform and transcend with the best-in-class technology solutions. The 2014-founded company which is located at Fairfax, VA, started slowly and surely by serving a single customer with laser focus, then expanded into supporting a wide variety of customers and missions across the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Invex Technology Solutions is a certified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) that specializes in architecture and engineering consulting services with particular focus on cloud, cyber, big data, and infrastructure products and services. Invex provides leadership in enterprise cloud architecture, cloud systems engineering, and cybersecurity engineering to help customers achieve their business goals.

With certified expertise working across multiple engineering frameworks, the Invex technologists have a collective 160+years of experience serving the U.S. Intelligence Community. Invex Technology implements the ‘Happy Employees lead to Happy Customers’ strategy, and treats every employee as a member of their team for a career and not as a position on contract. They host programs and initiatives that maximize the ability of every team member. In addition to customer-facing work experiences, Invex provides employees with the ability to directly influence the direction of the company.“Invex employees are not simply billable “full-time equivalents (FTEs)” but are vital to the present and future success of the company,” says John Amos, the President/CEO and Founder of Invex.

Our Culture & Our Team – Our Brute Force

Invex fosters an environment of professional self-improvement. The company believes in growing “professionally” to be of benefit to the customers, the company, and themselves. Invex, a small business that despite admitting to a startup culture, houses some of the top experts from the largest  customers in the Federal Government. Mr. Amos and his team are always searching for additional multi-talented professionals for Invex. Talking about the impersonal approach adopted by large organizations in hiring and retaining new employees, Mr. Amos said, “Because of that experience… Our size and our corporate culture is one that encourages individuals to grow professionally while eliminating much of the overhead inherent in working in a large business.” Invex chooses to invest in and support its employees to provide the best service to its customers.

‘What They Do’ and ‘What Will They Do’

As a company that heavily focuses on being recognized as a Cloud Computing Expert, Invex has successfully attained the Standard Level of Certification within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN). Invex, through this achievement, went an extra mile to prove its excellence to AWS in offering Cloud solutions, thereby promising the best-of-breed services for its clients of today, and even tomorrow.

Invex has established a company-provided virtual solutions lab where new technologies from various vendor partners are introduced. This lab provides an environment for its team members to experiment with the latest technologies and to explore novel solutions to expand their offerings. Their ultimate aim is to expose the potentials of the leading-edge technologies to its customers looking for innovative solutions to their problems.

The Leader of Change

John Amos, the President, CEO, and Founder of Invex, is the person who is responsible for leading the company towards achieving its mission. Mr. Amos, a Graduate in Space Sciences, served in the US Marine Corps supporting communications, networking, and computer programming while pursuing his Master’s in Computer Resources and Information Management. He is mended to professional perfection with his seven and eleven years at IBM and Lockheed Martin respectively. The thus tech expert who also has at least a decade’s experience in serving the customers with the best technology solutions and products, helps his team accomplish the same. He is the ‘leader of change’ who with his extensive knowledge of the latest technologies are transforming businesses through his innovative team of experts at Invex.

"By continually looking for opportunities with a varied set of customers, we provide our employees with new and exciting work experiences that can help grow both technical and mission knowledge.”

“We envision Invex being a “go-to” partner for customers and teammates that provides predictably excellent technical services that support critical customer missions.”
