Simpson Healthcare Executives Help People Live Better

Simpson Healthcare Executives Help People Live Better

The healthcare marketplace is an ever-evolving one and has undergone massive changes since the evolution of mankind. Farai Chideya, a distinguished writer in her article on the Forbes said, “We'll need to constantly remind ourselves of the public good when it comes to healthcare innovation.” She continues to say that down the road over the past 20 years, healthcare has become bifurcated between not only today's haves and have-nots but between people who can afford more expensive advanced technologies and life-saving approaches.

But there is more to the healthcare industry than just numbers and figures. The ultimate output of medical care is its effect on human health and ecosystem. Bernie Sanders, the American politician says that the goal of real healthcare reform must be high-quality, universal coverage in a cost-effective way. We have with us a disruptive scientific agency that is working passionately on innovating the future of health: Simpson Healthcare Executives.

The Simpson Healthcare Executives was founded in 1998 by Kelly Simpson-Angelini who was a research scientist by trade, but having a passion for medical communications urged her to start the company. She says, “We are the link between the science of the present and discoveries of the future, and we transform the healthcare experience and build upon the healthcare landscape together with our clients for the next generations.”

The company works on its goals of management of therapeutic brands throughout its lifecycle, as well as sharing the scientific stories behind medical discoveries and the patients’ lives they help. It has set its goal to help share the scientific story of the diseases it touches and therapies discovered for all in need. And for nearly two decades, the company has been striving to achieve the same.

Medical Conversations

The company expands medical conversations and proliferates scientific information to key healthcare stakeholders. Simpson Healthcare stands on its core values to maintain the passion about making a difference. Another value that it upholds is to keep it real and look to the future by never losing sight of the larger context and bigger opportunity. Simpson Healthcare believes that the company is better together as it brings out the best in itself.

Simpson Healthcare also believes that the real value in healthcare comes from helping patients to live better. In order to stay impactful today, the primary focus of the company is in the delivery of positive experiences to colleagues, its clients, and the patients.

Major disease categories like respiratory, oncology, cardiovascular, rare diseases, gastrointestinal, adult vaccines, and severe asthma, include the broad array where the company’s scientific expertise and disruptive thinking methods are spanned across. Simpson-Angelini notes, “This has given our medical and strategy teams the ability to be catalysts of industry innovation as we bring to bear the larger context of healthcare for our clients, aligned in our purpose and always keeping the patient at the center of our focus.”

Stakeholders of the Healthcare Industry

As Simpson Healthcare pushes beyond current boundaries of science and expectation, it stands proudly with its clients while improving the quality of life for patients. Simpson-Angelini says, “We look forward with our healthcare clients at the edge of disruptive innovation as we investigate emerging health trends, datasets, patient needs, and health policies, and we collaborate to successfully side-step potential global disasters.”

Simpson Healthcare challenges key stakeholders in the healthcare industry to think disruptively about scientific breakthroughs, discovery, and the patient experience beyond next year and into the next decade to pioneer the future of healthcare.

The CEO says, “Our commitment to delivering the most positive patient experience for our clients in all of their interactions with the healthcare system is the best way to transform healthcare into the future.”  The company considers that providing great scientific marketing and communications for its clients is essential. This is because knowledge-sharing is the foundation to bridge information gaps.

Some of the clients at Simpson include Big Pharma as well as smaller pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. “It is our privilege to work with our prestigious clients as we understand and develop the scientific story that our client needs to tell.”

Agents of Healthcare

At Simpson, each team member understands that the role of the disease or product is one piece of a larger story. This includes the patient and their caregivers, the healthcare providers, the health system, and the client’s strategic intent.

Having the advantage of working with great healthcare clients for the past 20 years, Simpson Healthcare has focused its innovations on the development of new therapies. At the start of any new project, the internal team will align with the client on strategic vision, project management details, and the long-term value that will be added to the healthcare industry throughout the entire therapeutic brand lifecycle. Once the problem is clearly defined, it will then outline the objectives and timelines and move forward in a collaborative path.

“One thing that everyone in our agency has in common is that each person on our team believes in what their purpose is and then works every day with each other to discover how we can be even more impactful in what we do,” explains Simpson-Angelini.

The internal culture to be purpose-driven, highly collaborative, and well-balanced at Simpson has pioneered its success over the years. With a well-networked and well-equipped agency, the company encourages open idea sharing, reflection, and debate among employees.

At Simpson Healthcare, employees are supported in the decision-making process by leadership, internal team members, and its highly collaborative work environment. “We have some of the brightest minds in science and business in our agency and as we continue to grow, we foster strong internal connections among our team members as we learn with and from each other,” adds Simpson-Angelini.

Applauses galore for Simpson Healthcare

Simpson Healthcare was crowned Best Pharmaceutical Marketing Support Specialists-CT at the 2017 North American Excellence Awards, a prestigious national awards program held by Corporate America News. The company has most recently been designated as Best Scientific Communications Agency-CT by the 2017 Business Excellence Awards, hosted by Acquisition International Magazine.

But that’s not all. Being the leading force of Simpson, Kelly Simpson-Angelini was honored in New York City by Medical Marketing and Media (MM&M) as a 2017 Healthcare Transformers Top 10 Innovation Catalyst and by Business Worldwide Magazine as 2017 Healthcare Industry CEO of the Year-USA. And the list goes on!

Healthcare and the Future it holds

Speaking about the future plans, Simpson-Angelini says, “We will have more brands to build, and more ways to build them and explain them.” With her scientific and business thought, the company has successfully developed and implemented a new line of “Futuring” work with many of its clients. Futuring looks into global datasets, policies, and influential variables, and to disrupt key markets in healthcare with a longer 10-20-year vision for the future.

Explaining about Futuring, Simpson-Angelini says, “Once the Futures have been imagined, the drivers to reach those futures are identified, which help to identify opportunities to shape a ‘Desired Future,’ or avoid impact from an ‘Undesirable Future,” she adds. In the years to come, Simpson Healthcare will be supporting new types of products like gene therapies that are a simple once-in-a-lifetime treatment.
