This accomplishment is something the staff is not only proud of, but also feels that the learning experience is more valuable.
There are certain usual conflicts in every organization and Skytel addresses it as quickly as possible. Skytel works hard to find the right people and they are fortunate to have the right team of managers, techs, peers, and office staff. In case a conflict arises, Skytel addresses the conflict right at the beginning so that it doesn’t get out of hand later.
