TRAXXALL is the most trusted maintenance tracking solution available for business aviation

TRAXXALL is the most trusted maintenance tracking solution available for business aviation

An aircraft maintenance facility can no longer be thought of as just providing a covered working space, but is part of a bigger picture. TRAXXALL developed the industry’s best aircraft maintenance software with the support of skilled aircraft analysts’ team who recognize the demands of aviation maintenance management and the challenges aircraft operators like you face. The company has held titles like Director of Maintenance, Chief of Maintenance, Chief Inspector, Crew Chief, Lead Technician, and many more.

The firm is well aware of your needs because they have been in your shoes; worked on aircraft, and understand your day-to-day challenges. TRAXALL takes care of everything right from aircraft enrollment, maintenance operations to providing genuine maintenance operations.

Who are the users of TRAXXALL?

  • Aircraft Management Companies – Both Part 91 and Part 135 Operators
  • Corporate Flight Departments
  • Small Flight Departments run by a Chief Pilot who also acts as the DOM.
  • Individual Owner/Operators of Aircraft

“Our seamless, customer-centric enrollment process begins with assessing your specific requirements and aligning the system and service to your needs. A dedicated TRAXXALL analyst conducts a thorough enrollment interview, followed by a “general status audit” that includes a comprehensive review of the aircraft status report and/or due list. The result is we get you up and flying sooner so you can benefit immediately from TRAXXALL’s advantages.”

How are you benefitted from TRAXXALL?

TRAXXALL’s cloud-based infrastructure is affordable than the traditional legacy solutions of its competitors. The company passes those savings onto its customers.

We have some case studies to prove TRAXXALL’s efficiency:

Company # 1: Executive Fliteways, Inc., is an FAA Part-135 charter operator headquartered in Ronkonkoma, Long Island, New York. The firm operates seven aircraft: a Cessna Citation Excel, a Bombardier Challenger 605, a Dassault Falcon 900, a Bombardier Global Express, a Gulfstream IV, a Gulfstream V and a Bombardier Learjet 60. It provides private charter and the best aircraft services to selective group of clients.

The challenge: Julian Murray, Chief Inspector at Executive Fliteways, Inc., has 40 years of industry experience. He quotes, “Prior to TRAXXALL, we used CAMP and CMP for maintenance tracking. “One of the biggest issues with CAMP was its inflexibility. There are a lot of restrictions on what you can and cannot do when generating reports. Also, there isn’t that much help available online. You end up having to speak to someone to get things done, which can obviously be time-consuming. CMP was better, but I still thought there was room for improvement…”

He added, “Comparatively speaking, TRAXXALL offers better value than other maintenance tracking systems. It’s a very well-structured and powerful tool. Once you get comfortable with it, you can customize TRAXXALL to generate reports tailored to your specific needs. I can mold it to do whatever I want…”

The implementation: The company used TRAXXALL’s services in early 2016. Let’s see what Julian wants to say about his experience:

“I came on board about three years ago to manage the company’s quality control. From very early on, I wanted to change our maintenance tracking. It was around that time that I first heard of TRAXXALL. As luck would have it, I had known Mark Steinbeck and Vittorio Armenti – prior to TRAXXALL – when they were with different companies. So, I knew the company was home to some smart and experienced people.”

Julian continues to say that, TRAXXALL has helped them gain value in comparison to their competing systems; it has also helped Executive Fliteways become more powerful, flexible and responsive.

Happy with the results Julian says, “I can customize reports that are tailored to our exact needs. Finally, the support is really good. The people at TRAXXALL know their business and I have learned a lot from the analysts.”

Company #2: GlobeAir founded in 2008 is a private jet company and Europe’s market leader. GlobeAir operates a fleet of 20 Citation Mustangs – the world´s largest – which are capable of landing at airports such as St. Tropez, Lugano and St. Moritz, typically inaccessible to traditional airlines and larger private jets. GlobeAir is CAMO and Part 145 certified.

The challenge: Mr. Nicola Potenza, GlobeAir’s Head of AOG Maintenance, is a thirty-year industry veteran who has been in his current role for the last seven years. Nicola is responsible for keeping his fleet airworthy and operating at an optimal level of efficiency.

“Our business is all about efficiency. We operate a uniform fleet of Mustangs, we fly competitive routes and we offer great value to our clients. TRAXXALL contributes to our overall efficiency by minimizing aircraft downtimes and keeping our fleet in the air – exactly where our clients want to be!”

– Nicola Potenza, Head of AOG Maintenance

The implementation: The company implemented TRAXXALL around 2 years ago. Nicola says, “Before that, we were using CAMP to manage our aircraft maintenance tracking, which presented some challenges. In my opinion, TRAXXALL is superior because it is more flexible and easier to use. For example, it is much easier to generate, modify and close work orders with TRAXXALL. My colleagues in the accounting department also appreciate it because TRAXXALL offers better value than CAMP.”

The company was immensely benefitted after using the services of TRAXXALL. Nicola proudly stated, “There are several benefits to using TRAXXALL. It is a flexible and responsive system that streamlines processes and makes the maintenance team’s work considerably easier. Also, based on our experience, TRAXXALL offers superior value. And, the inventory management module is also very useful. In our case, we have facilities in Austria and Italy. So, tightly managing the supply of parts across both locations is essential to the performance of our fleet.”

In brief about Scott Henderson, Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding TRAXXALL, Scott spent 15 years in London, England where he was the COO & CFO of the Financial Times. Scott’s area of expertise is media, technology, and finance. In addition to TRAXXALL, Scott works with various investors and companies in the media and technology sectors.

“We didn’t invent aircraft maintenance tracking, but we’re busy perfecting it every day!”

“Our specialties are Aircraft Maintenance Tracking, Aircraft residual cost protection, Aviation Inventory Management, and Business Aviation.”
