Meet the executive

Don Clarke is CFO and interim CEO, bringing extensive experience leading high-growth companies within the technology industry. Prior to joining Plex, Don served as CFO at Eloqua, where he was instrumental in driving increased revenues and leading a successful initial public offering. Don was also CFO at both Cloakware, a security solutions company, and at Visual Networks, Inc, a provider of application and network management solutions. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
