Manohar Bidaye is the Chairman and co-founder of Zicom. After earning  Masters in Commerce Degree from University of Mumbai and a Degree in Law, he established himself as successful Consultant in Corporate Laws and Finance. With his expertise knowledge, he co-found Zicom in 1995. Manohar has steered the organization in its strategic vision to be one of the most admired corporate entities in India. 

Recognizing his contribution, the Maharashtra Times awarded him the prestigious ‘Yashashree 2008’ award, honoring his achievements across various industry segments. He was also awarded with ‘Maratha Udyog Bhushan Award’ owing his contribution to the state’s business fraternity.
