When surveys and studies are conducted in the U.S. regarding best network providers, these four names always stand out, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T and Sprint. And it is a close battle amongst them. In most of the cases, either the service is good, but the offers are disappointing or the other way round.
In many studies, it has been found that Verizon tops the chart with its network coverage and speed. But there is T-Mobile which is right behind, with its cheaper prices. So, it shouldn’t be surprising when other companies like AT&T and T-Mobile take over the top spot.
Let’s take a look at the battle with the four major network providers. Now, AT&T has the best everyday plan for $45-per-month 6GB GoPhone. For 6GB of data and for that price it beats almost every other telecom. Not to forget, AT&T has one of the best network coverage across the country. But, when you’re looking for an unlimited or a family plan, T-Mobile wins the category with its One plan. When it is compared with Verizon, they are nearly equal in aspects of network speed and data amount. But T-Mobile’s One plan is cheaper. And not to forget, Verizon is great indoors and rural areas, but the same can’t be said in urban regions.
On the other hand, if one is to debate about the pricing, Sprint has cheaper offers. However, T-Mobile has much better coverage and speed for just a little extra. Although Sprint is currently in the fourth position, there is still hope for it. At least Essential founder Andy Rubin thinks so, as he made his phones Sprint exclusive. With the way the competition is turning out, each carrier will try new and advanced methods to lure customers. One needs to wait and watch for more offers and better service.
