Hospitality industry data protection and solution provider VENZA has acquired privately-owned CyberTek Engineering, an award-winning Managed Service Provider that offers complete business IT services and solutions. “Today’s announcement is another remarkable milestone in VENZA’s strategic growth journey, building upon our continued momentum and strong innovation trajectory. By acquiring CyberTek, we create a force-multiplier effect in addressing some of the biggest struggles for hoteliers today: staying ahead of technological change while ensuring compliance and protecting their business and guest data against vulnerabilities and threats,” said Jeff Venza, the company’s Chairman & CEO.
CyberTek, founded in 1997, offers award-winning managed IT services along with technical support, network architecture, complete implementation services, etc. The collaboration with CyberTek will boost Venza’s capability and diversify and strengthen its Managed Security Services. If a security breach occurs, VENZA will now be more capable and self-reliant to handle cybersecurity issues like ransomware attacks. The collaboration will also help them in offering expert guidance and advice from a broader perspective. Joshua Bergen, President of VENZA, has always favored bolstering the company’s MSSP potential and was also a key influencer in the acquisition.
Commenting on the acquisition, David Neel, CIO of CyberTek, said, “VENZA is a recognized and trusted industry leader with a remarkable team, and we’re thrilled with this new alliance. The partnership represents an outstanding outcome for all involved. Bringing together our strengths benefits clients from both organizations who can expect to receive an even broader set of best-in-class services and solutions.”
