The German software giant, SAP, has announced that a new enterprise edition of the SAP Litmos Training Content Solution is now available. The solution has more than 2,000 videos or downloadable courses. It has 150 courses that are designed for customer experience professionals.
The new edition of SAP Litmos Training Content Solution is now extended to customer-facing professionals through Salesforce solutions.
SAP Litmus solution portfolio was recognized as a leader in G2’s Fall 2019 Corporate LMS Report. Millions of users who are employed by Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Transamerica, ADP and Intuit have been trained with SAP Litmos solutions.
SAP has announced that they have also launched a new app for iOS and Android users so that they can learn about the products and services or “acquire customer-service and leadership skills.”
“Companies running Salesforce solutions can now provide role-specific training to their employees in sales, service or marketing while giving them the flexibility to consume training at their own convenience,” said SAP Customer Experience Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer Paula Hansen. “Learners may need to switch between devices working from the office or home, and the portable format allows them to do just that.”
