Through exciting animation technology the 4K production of Ramayana The Legend of Prince Rama shows Lord Rama's legendary tale to audiences once again.
The 1993 anime anime masterpiece Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama has brought its return to Indian screens in Hindi, English, Tamil, and Telugu versions. Breathtaking animation accompanies a compelling retelling of Lord Rama's epic journey in this movie which produces overwhelming audience response.
Notable director Kazuyuki Kobayashi created the award-winning animated details which spark praise in his animations. Based at Studio Ghibli before, Kobayashi dedicated his career to animating Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind and Laputa: Castle in the Sky.
Modestly piecing together his thoughts about art creation Kobayashi revealed the impact his Studio Ghibli time had on his practice. Congruous character design in the anime adaptation of Valmiki's epic resulted from complete research through Indian magazines along with books and paintings.
Using 120,000 precisely integrated celluloid drawings his team created animated visuals that highlighted Ramayana's storytelling beautifully. The director showed deep enthusiasm for showing his work to Indian audiences and he desired their acknowledgment of the laborious dedication which his team poured into the project.
Geek Pictures India and partners AA Films and Excel Entertainment premiered Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama in theaters on January 24th 2025 as their first full 4K release.
