Penske Automotive Group is Strengthening Presence in the Midwest with a Landmark Deal
Penske Automotive Group, Inc., a prominent overseas transportation services company has recently joined hands with another renowned dealership of southeastern Michigan namely Bill Brown Ford. This dealership settled in Livonia and is projected to introduce an estimated $550 million in annual revenues for Michigan’s most populated county.
This acquisition means that Penske Automotive Group will get approximately over 200000 sq. ft. structures on approximately 29 acres of land. These are the new vehicle dealership, a used car operation, a commercial vehicle center, and a body shop. Bill Brown Ford which has been awarded the Ford President’s Award 18 times presents efficient operation, highly qualified customer service, and increased levels of customer satisfaction.
North America Operations Officer for Penske Automotive Group, Rich Shearing said on the acquisition, “We are glad to increase our retail automotive network in the Midwestern region of the United States and deepen our relationship with Ford. This move is a part of Penske Automotive Group administration’s growth strategy, which has achieved level and quantity mergers and acquisitions totaling roughly two billion of estimated annual revenue in the year 2024.
