In yet another cloud acquisition, Accenture has decided to acquire the Swedish company Cygni for an undisclosed sum. Cygni is a cloud-native full-stack development firm that helps companies through its software development services and innovative technical solutions.
Founded in 2006, Cygni has been recognized for its workplace culture multiple times. The company is particularly huge in Sweden and helps some of the country’s most valuable brands in their digital transformation journey.
Headquartered in Stockholm, Cygni has offices across Sweden, including Gothenburg, Linkoping, Malmoe, Lulea, and Ostersund, as well as an office in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The company has 190 developers who provide a range of IT consulting and implementation services across the complete technology stack, including serverless and cloud.

Recently, Accenture also acquired two cloud companies, including California-based Imaginea and UK-based Infinity Works.
