Citrix has announced its plans of extending Citrix Workspace to Google Cloud. This will help the company efficiently deliver apps to Google devices and operating systems.
The move is aimed at creating a superior digital work experience which will help increase productivity and innovation. “As companies move more apps to the cloud, they need an easy, secure way for employees to access them anywhere, anytime from any device,” said David Henshall, President, and CEO of Citrix. “In delivering Citrix Workspace for Google Cloud, we are enabling our customers to accelerate their digital transformations and deliver a simple, intuitive experience for their users.”
The presence of Citrix Workspace in Google Cloud will enable other companies modernize their apps and deliver a unified across many Google devices and operating systems. The improved availability will also boost engagement and productivity by removing the need to switch between apps and to look for information.
Robert Enslin, President of Global Customer Operations at Google Cloud said: “In expanding our partnership with Citrix, we can better help these customers with their transformations by enabling them to access and run the apps their businesses depend on anywhere—simply, flexibly and securely.”
