Pulse Secure arrives on Microsoft Azure

Pulse Secure Appliances (PSA) is now certified for Microsoft Azure and is available in the Azure marketplace. This announcement by Pulse Secure, the provider of secure access solutions, will enhance its IT strategy.

The cloud-based PSAs will enable enterprises to incorporate their secure access framework to augment the development of applications environments while keeping the same user experience, compliance, operational intelligence and overall performance.

The latest cloud-based PSAs allow enterprises to adapt their secure access framework to support evolving application environments while maintaining the same user experience, operational intelligence, compliance, and performance capabilities. With enterprises moving their applications and data on to Hybrid IT environments the new PSA certified Microsoft Azure will ensure better usability, availability, and security for the workforce using the data hosted on the Azure cloud.

The PSA within Azure comes with Split VPN tunneling, SSO interoperability, unified operational visibility, device compliance checking, integrated enterprise mobility management, rich user and device management. This will heighten the level of application agility which will enable enterprises to use the cloud whenever and wherever. “With Pulse Secure now certified for Microsoft Azure, our customers can enjoy greater deployment flexibility without disrupting their users, changing their security policies or retraining administrators,” said Prakash Mana, VP of Product management of Pulse Secure.
