Oracle made a new announcement of the launch of its cloud-based eClinical solution with the purpose of introducing new drugs to the market well timed and with no compromise in quality and safety. The new solution is Clinical One Platform which will amalgamate clinical development operations and information in a single environment.
This unified solution tackles the requirement of entire drug development lifecycle. Clinical One Platform’s aim is to dismiss curing redundancies, release more drugs to the market and sharing information accurately.
"The Oracle Health Sciences Clinical One platform is the only cloud environment built from the ground to support the core capabilities required for effective study management throughout the entire clinical development lifecycle -- from design and planning, to start-up and conduct, to close-out and post-marketing," Jim Streeter, Global Vice President Life Sciences Product Strategy, Oracle, said in a statement.
Simultaneously Oracle also launched Clinical One Randomization and Supplies Management which is the initial capability in the new market.
Streeter added that Clinic One Platform aids organizations to elevate the complete drug development process by banishing redundancies and creating process efficiencies along with maintaining safety and compliance.
