Papa Johns introduces "Meet the Makers" which presents its crew members and elements alongside its new CMO Jenna Bromberg to enhance brand appreciation from customers.
The new “Meet the Makers” platform at Papa Johns displays its product ingredients and team member commitments to customers. CMA Jenna Bromberg launched the first creative project for Papa Johns in her role after joining the company in November 2024. Through the platform Papa Johns partners with food influencers along with real team members who present behind-the-scenes videos in different video spots.
Under “Meet the Makers” Papa Johns plans for extensive campaigns on national television and both paid online and social media platforms. By using “Better Ingredients, Better Pizza” as its slogan Papa Johns demonstrates commitment to quality as it introduces employees to represent the brand's public face.
The previous Carter's and Pizza Hut executive Bromberg now leads market strategy development for Papa Johns along with brand advancement and project creativity. Her initial Papa Johns advertising work focused on displaying employees who develop top-notch pizza while launching with a video presentation of team spirit in Papa Johns kitchens.
Jacob Bartoli also known as Doughtoli extends a helping hand to launch “Meet the Makers” through a TikTok video detailing his preparation process for the Epic Stuffed Crust. Through this new platform Papa Johns wants to enhance customer loyalty while emerging from sales slumps that resulted from declining figures in North American operations.
