Two companies Delta Drone and DIODON Technology signed an agreement, according to which, Delta Drone can procure more stake which comes to minimum 10% in Toulouse start-up, as mentioned by two founders and the firm executives. This in turn will help DIODON Drone Technology to have more funding, especially to finance the industrialization and commercialization of DIODON HP30, its drone.
The first system launched was the DIODON SP20 in 2018, a rustic multirotor drone with an inflatable structure. Regardless of COVID-19, the DIODON HP30 was launched and it consists of a very high-performance payload, completely waterproof and mechanically stabilized, which will allow the drone to operate day and night, all credits to two electro-optical and thermal sensors.
The vector has military-grade connectivity with watertight batteries outside. It is designed in such a way that is built with strong sovereignty constraints which is much more than the detection, recognition and identification (DRI) aspect.
It is a very strategic opportunity for Delta Drone to invest in DIODON Drone Technology as it can persistently focus on minority stakes like Donecle and Elistair. Secondly, "marine" technology could be used to support the ISS Spotter professional solution, particularly in port infrastructure surveillance and security services in France and abroad.
