Mitsubishi Motors Corporation is a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, Japan.
The company has hired a new digital agency Critical Mass for its digital marketing. The agency will create a new digital ecosystem for Mitsubishi Motors’ customer base globally. It will also provide an analytics-driven digital platform for the company, from brand immersion and creative innovation, to transparent corporate governance and enhanced site operations.
“The unique thing about this new partnership is our shared understanding that Mitsubishi is in the midst of a generational shift – and their customers need to become a bigger part of that story,” said Andrea Lennon, senior vice president and managing director at Critical Mass.
Guillaume Cartier, corporate vice president of global marketing and sales division mentioned that Mitsubishi Motors play a crucial role in increasing its digital products and services to the customers.
The hiring follows the new brand strategy launch previous year with global tagline “Drive Your Ambition”. The firm intends to flourish in the key markets where its brand has strong potential.
