Lucid Motors reveals the final version of its all-electric Air sedan

Lucid Motors has revealed its final version of its all-electric Air sedan.The company showed offfront cabin tech from the curved 34-inch primary display and second touchscreen to the software, integrated apps, and Amazon Alexaas the default voice assistant. The company has developed a brand new Lucid User Experience, or Lucid UX, to include all the tech that customers might want in an advanced autonomous car.

The curved 34-inch 5K display called the glass cockpit is one of the most eye-grabbing hardware features. Although the display is fitted under a single plate of the glass screen, it has been split internally into three different parts. The left part shows the most important information about the car, such as lighting, defrosters, wiper settings, etc.The middle screen acts as the instrument cluster, showing speed, battery range, etc. The right side of the screen can display a wide variety of information, like navigation, music controls, and others, depending on the user's choice.

The other touchscreen at the centeris reserved for "pilot panel," which displays climate controls and seat functions, including a message feature, along with all the other vehicle settings. It can be used to access in-depth controls for music or navigation.The default voice assistant is Alexa which can be launched by the press of abutton placed on the steering wheel. The vehicle is loaded with 32 sensors, including a LiDAR, located just below the nose blade on the vehicle's exterior.The Lucid Air is available to reserve now with a starting price of $77,400 in the US.
