The West Hall Convention Center in Las Vegas hosted Sial America, the biggest food and beverage show in North America, from March 28 to March 30, 2023.
The event was part of Sial, the largest global food network in the world, which organizes nine top-tier food events each year that draw 700,000 visitors and 16,000 exhibitors from all over the world, including Paris and Shanghai.
According to a survey by Technomic, Sial America is essential to the US Food and Beverage sector, which is anticipated to grow to $1.9 trillion by 2025. The event promotes the sector by giving industry experts a stage on which to present their goods, services, and innovations to important importers, food service providers, distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
A leading platform for enterprises in the food and beverage industry to network and establish connections with potential clients and partners, Sial America included over 250 exhibitors from 60 different nations showcasing their goods, services, and innovations. Over 10,000 people from all over the world attended the event, where they had the chance to sample goods and learn about the latest trends and developments.
All food and beverage categories, including meat, dairy, bakery, fruits, vegetables, grocery, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic beverages, were included at the event. The most recent innovations and trends in the market, such as plant-based foods and different protein sources, were open to the attendees.
