New Zealand witnessed the first death case that is associated to Pfizer

New Zealand has its first vaccine death case reported and Pfizer is held responsible because a woman died after she got vaccinated

Vaccine Independent Safety Monitoring Board accused Pfizer of a woman’s death, now this came up because she died of inflammation in the heart muscle which may have happened due to the vaccination and this information was revealed by The country’s health ministry.

The case is now handed over to the coroner and the exact cause of the death is yet to be investigated. The CV-ISMB has confirmed that she had other medical issues while she got vaccinated which might have led to her death.

"This is the first case in New Zealand where a death in the days following vaccination has been linked to the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine," the ministry said in a statement, without announcing the woman's age. The ministry added by mentioning that the death can be due to myocarditis, a rare side effect of vaccination.

The board's chairman, Dr. John Tait said that he is curious to know what the investigation reveals about the women’s death because Pfizer vaccine has been effective in saving people from many serious illness and death too and people in New Zealand are confident of using this vaccine.

Many are making speculations that the women’s death can also be due to the Delta variant outbreak in New Zealand following which the country was virus-free after six months.
