Riptides secured $3.3M to transform non-human entity access management through zero-trust cryptographic machine identity security and zero-trust systems.
Priority Paradigm develops a non-human identity management platform which secured $3.3 million pre-seed funding since its initiation which stands as the biggest early-stage capital raise in Hungarian history.
A significant $3.3 million funding from PortfoLion Capital Partners and Kaya VC supports Riptides in developing its next-generation Identity & Access Management system which serves non-human entities specifically. The fundraising initiative receives support from Cloudbreak Fund and international angel investors.
Traditional IAM systems show their inability to address security needs because API calls, AI agents and automated services now outnumber human users by 50 to 1. Riptides solves static credential issues by creating identity verification protocols for machines that automatically generate cryptographically secured user identification which protects their machinery connectivity.
Márton Sereg the company co-founder and CEO explained that traditional Identity & Access Management systems were never designed for large-scale non-human operations. The company solutions zero-trust kernel-level security to fill the security gap.
The company's leadership team gained their experience through successful acquisitions of Cisco and Hortonworks ventures. Riptides strengthen the increasing wave of Hungarian cybersecurity companies on the global stage alongside SEON.
The growing number of cyberattacks on machine credentials creates an opportunity for Riptides to redirect enterprise IAM philosophy toward hybrid identity approaches that include human and non-human entities.
