VENZA, the leading data protection, compliance, and training organization for the hospitality industry, has announced the acquisition of privately-owned CyberTek Engineering, an award-winning MSP (Managed Service Provider) that offers a wide range of business IT services and solutions. The purchase will help VENZA enhance its position as an MSSP (Managed Security Services Provider), significantly increasing its technical talent and enhancing its ability to serve its client base more comprehensively.

CyberTek offers consulting support, network architecture, system procurement, and implementation services, apart from managed IT services. Acquiring CyberTek will help VENZA improves the capacity ofits Managed Security services.If a security breach occurs, it will be more self-reliant, notice issues, and handle any cyberattack. They can also offer expert advice and guidance to optimize systems.
After the acquisition, CyberTek MSSP will become a solely owned subsidiary of VENZA, bolstering its security operations center's capacity. Through the security operations center, VENZA delivers ongoing, real-time endpoint protection, detection, and response, including security monitoring, firewall management, anti-virus operations, identity and access management, and other services.
