A combination of digital and domain knowledge, human and technology, coming together to create breakthrough results: EXL

Operation management is about managing operations effectively and efficiently within an organization. With effective and adequate operations management, there is much more accountability and accuracy for successful delivery of a product or project. While operations management has aided production facilities immensely, there are still some current challenges that are faced that are holding them back. To overcome these challenges, need EXL.

EXL is more than analytics, operations management, and technology. The company is an expert in you, and your industry. This gives company the context to look deeper to identify and capitalize on opportunities to outperform. The team calls it Digital Intelligence: the all-important combination of digital and domain knowledge, human and technology, coming together to create breakthrough results.

Digital Intelligence is why companies in the world’s most complex industries—from insurance to healthcare to transportation—bring us their toughest challenges, their seemingly impossible goals.

Headquartered in New York, EXL has more than 32,600+ professionals in locations throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia and South Africa. It works as one committed team, with one overarching goal: to give its clients the power to transform—to move from playing catch-up to leading the pack. Because EXL not just helps its clients adapt to change. It emboldens them to lead the change.

Leading the way in analytics

In its data-filled, customer-centric, digital world, effective decision-making is being driven increasingly by analytics. EXL looks deeper into the front, middle, and back offices by merging statistical data mining with a consultative approach, artificial intelligence, machine learning and modeling tools. It helps its clients minimize risk, boost operational efficiency, create regulatory compliance frameworks, simplify supply chains, and identify new channels for growth and profitability.

Accelerating digital transformation

EXL’s approach to digital connects our domain and data experience with innovative technology to create powerful outcomes for our clients. We orchestrate analytics, artificial intelligence, robotics, and machine learning to not just meet goals, but exceed them. By using the needs of our clients as the foundation to build solutions, rather than the other way around, our digital solutions position our clients to improve customer experience, business outcomes and intelligent execution.

EXL is passionate about data.  We focus exclusively on Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM), including both strategic and implementation services.
