Q. What motivated you to focus on payroll applications?

Aatrix since day one has been motivated to “Make Payroll Reporting Easy”!

We have been the leading Mac Payroll solution since 1998 so we are intimately familiar with payroll and the challenges it presents to small and medium size businesses. Payroll reporting has always presented challenges to both businesses and payroll developers. Aatrix recognized this need early on and began developing both the proprietary tools needed to create forms without the need of programmers and the patented technology to automatically fill in the forms with host payroll data.

Our Business Partners leverage Aatrix’s state and federal filing & payments expertise to allow clients to complete government reports directly from their Payroll software. Our W2 Preparer is responsible for printing an estimated 30 million W2s for businesses in the US. This allows our partners to deliver the most comprehensive reporting solution to their customers while eliminating millions in development costs and adding a new revenue stream from existing customers through eFile service commissions.

Q. To avoid compliance issues and risks, companies need to stay compliant with hundreds of federal and state labour laws. Do you help your clients adhere to statutory compliances to keep their businesses safe from the legal trouble?
