Professional Support
Accelo is the budding place and employees love working here. It also has support from various clients who have worked with the company. For instance, MJ McBride from Rebel Interactive says, “Accelo has given us one place to confidently manage extraordinary client service.†She’s not the only one to feel that way. “One of the great features of Accelo is that you can mold and customize it to fit the way you do things, rather than change your methodology in order to fit in with the software,†says Mark Hirst from BlueBeetle.
But that’s not all. Paul Weinert from Graybox says, “Auto-generating invoices and tasks are awesome. We set up our support services in Accelo’s Contracts & Retainers Module, I just quickly approve the work done, generate the invoice and send it off to clients.†And the list goes on.
