Acquis Consulting Group Believes In a Culture of Leadership and Growth

Growth

David Kaufman co-founded the Acquis Consulting Group in 1998 to be a different type of firm. In an industry where resources are often wasted on strategies never employed, David’s vision for Acquis was a firm that gets things done. The idea was simple – to design creative, custom solutions for clients and then make sure they are executed successfully. The result was a leading boutique consultancy famous for its ability to deliver extraordinary results time and again.

Today, Acquis is small and agile, with the ability to tackle the most complex projects for premier clients. Under David’s leadership, Acquis has always been in the business of turning good ideas into lasting business value.

Acquis feels that it is important to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Accordingly, it has created a “second family” environment where each individual has an opportunity and obligation to contribute to the shared success. With “People First” as a core value, Acquis has continued to grow while maintaining its dedication to culture, people, and clients.

The company is a global consulting firm specializing in strategy and implementation. Acquis Consulting Group helps ambitious organizations solve business challenges that enable sustainable growth and healthy efficiency. It does this by not just designing strategies but also putting them to work.

Acquis provides a comprehensive suite of consulting services to support its clients’ diverse implementation needs, including project management, requirements gathering, system and process optimization, best practices advisory, system configuration, testing strategy and execution, and training and change management.

Having implemented technologies for all size companies, from startups to Fortune Global 100, in over 100 countries, Acquis’ team understands the common pain points that occur during an implementation, and tailors its projects and services for each client’s needs.

CXO Strategic Roadmap

When leadership changes or the needs of an organization evolve, a curated strategic roadmap provides a strong foundation and a three-to-five-year time horizon to drive progress towards a group’s mission.

Acquis develops innovative strategic roadmaps to bridge the gap between current and future goals and address complex operational and cultural challenges. These business process solutions provide sequenced activities based on priority and dependencies, while aligning resourcing and operational requirements for future growth and success.

Corporate Travel Made Easy

Whether it’s department peers convening over coffee or client meetings on the other side of the globe, optimizing collaborations is the focus of Acquis’ Travel, Expense and Meetings practice.

Taking a holistic view of an organization’s travel and meetings, Acquis strives to help its clients understand their business travel needs and drivers, and develops strategies that allow them to manage this large area of corporate cost effectively.

The depth and breadth of Acquis experience lets them take a holistic approach to corporate travel. TH consulting firm appreciates and understands the various program interdependencies, and strives to balance perspectives from both the organization and the traveler, creating successful travel programs.

Working with Lightspeed

The Point-of-sale (POS) provider Lightspeed delivers sophisticated and powerful solutions that are intuitive and easy to use. This winning formula has helped establish Lightspeed as more than just a POS. In fact, for many businesses, the solution is now a cornerstone of both online and in-store operations. Today, the company has more than 100,000 customer locations across 100 countries with average gross transaction values (GTV) of approximately $600,000 annually.

While increasing solution uptake, IPO success and market acquisitions have put Lightspeed in the POS provider spotlight. However, this rapid expansion also introduced complexity and consistency issues, especially in the area of accounts payable (AP).

The Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution offered a way for Lightspeed to increase efficiencies and streamline processes while also providing the foundation for future growth. The P2P solution offered seamless integration — now, Lightspeed is working on change management to ensure staff initiate P2P purchase orders before starting any spend or engaging a vendor. Automated approval and delegation features offered by Coupa make it possible for Lightspeed to manage compliance concerns wherever, whenever, and however they apply to POS operations worldwide.

To streamline integration and compliance initiatives, Lightspeed partnered with Acquis. Partnering with Acquis to deploy Coupa business spend management solutions and best practices delivered both seamless integration and positive employee feedback, in turn letting Lightspeed know they were on the right track. Now, the global POS leader is looking for new ways to integrate Coupa solutions and solve business spend challenges at scale.
