Let us get to know about Rita Selvaggi, CEO, in her own words...

I have been an active participant in the high tech industry for the past thirty five years, with a career that includes management and executive experience in all aspects of GTM strategy and operations. Building upon a solid management foundation that I was fortunate to experience early in my career with Fortune 500 companies, including IBM and ADP, I have spent the last twenty years in executive leadership positions in early stage businesses, primarily in the software sector. My operational background has enabled me to build and scale several successful ventures, from early stage through acquisition and/or IPO. Previously, I was SVP of Marketing for SolarWinds, a leader in the IT management software industry, that went public on the NYSE in May, 2009. At SolarWinds, I served as a member of the senior executive team that built the SolarWinds model for high velocity and predictable B2B software sales driven by a marketing engine.

Since 2011, I have also served as an Executive Advisor to portfolio companies of Technology Crossover Ventures and Elsewhere Partners, and have advised a number of early to mid-stage companies, both in Texas and the Bay Area. I have served on the Board of IDERA, a database management and modeling software company. I am currently a Board member at Vyopta, a SaaS solution that provides collaboration performance management for the enterprise, and at Foresite Managed Services, a fast growing MSSP.
