Q. As a journalist, I find Amara Wellness Centre quite striking. From the emotional branding standpoint, it has that appeal. How did you come up with the brand name?

Amara means "infinite," which blend in to describe our philosophy and message that health and wellness are key to equanimity and homeostasis within to generate an infinite abundance of energy and vitality to contribute to mastery of an individual's life.

Q. Could you tell us about the various services that you offer?

We have combined the ancient healing and nurturing rituals with science and non-invasive state–of–the–art technologies to create equanimity and homeostasis by supporting the flow of the energies in the cells and within the cells to achieve a state of vitality and abundance. Some of our services are integrative health, wellness, coaching, and multi-award-winning ancient Hammam nurturing and cleansing rituals. Other services include treatments for physical ailments from musculoskeletal to digestive health issues, hormone health, lymphatic and skin health with endermotherapy, microcurrent therapy, phone therapy, radio-frequency, infra therapy, chiropractic care, and complementary and alternative medicine, as well as holistic face treatments for skin, muscle, fascia and lymphatic health on the face.

Q. What makes Amara Wellness Centre unique in the integrated health services sector? What is your company's point of differentiation?

Q. How does Amara Wellness Centre help its clients to achieve the ideal state of health and physical well-being?

Having a full understanding of the human body, mindset, behavior, perceptions, language patterns, and the impact of those on health and well-being, including our nervous system and hormones, allows us to educate clients by creating awareness as it's the lifestyle that would either create vitality and thriving state or dis-ease state.

We listen to clients' goals and the symptoms experienced, as symptoms are a feedback mechanism to let us know what's not right in the biochemistry, which includes skin health and conditions. We consider stool analysis to see the microbiome of the individual, full blood, saliva, and hair analysis, as well as physical assessment to customize a personalized management program for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It includes the implementation of sustainable long-term lifestyle changes and a microbiome-specific diet plan to support our clients to have the vitality to thrive geometrically in all areas of their life.

Q. Could you tell us more about your 'Hammam Treatment'? What are its health benefits?

Hammam Rituals are ancient, healing, nurturing, cleansing, and detoxing rituals with numerous benefits for mind, body, and soul. The ritual is done in a Hammam that has a heated marble bed on which the client lies and includes steam and water therapy to activate the meridian channel from head to toe with specific pouring techniques. Magnesium and mineral-rich natural clay mask are applied to the body with steam therapy to allow the minerals to absorb, relax, and detox the body. Water poured from copper vessels onto body for grounding and cleansing between each step during the ritual. Kessa glove is used to exfoliate and remove dead skin to allow the skin pores to detox effectively through skin pores. Hair washed and conditioned and combed, scalp massaged. Warm oil is applied, and the whole body is massaged with the most luxurious silky soap bubbles to eliminate muscle tension.

Hammam Rituals have numerous health benefits on the mind by providing mental clarity and rejuvenating the body. It has benefits on skin, muscles, joints, immune health, and up-regulation of the parasympathetic nervous system.

For skin - Hammam treatment helps in softening the dead skin, opening skin pores, and removal of all dead skin to allow the body to detox effectively through skin pores; the use of the Kessa glove increases blood circulation, promotes collagen and elastin production, leaving the skin soft smooth, healthy and naturally glowing.

For muscles - the Hammam ritual incorporates a heated bed, steam and water therapy, soap, and warm oil massage to provide muscle relaxation and eliminate physical tension, opening up joints.

Also, steam therapy clears the sinuses, loosens the mucus in the nasal passages, throat, and lungs, and supports the immune system.

Q. Can you provide us with a success story describing the challenges your clients faced and how your solutions helped them overcome those challenges?

Most of our clients typically present with experiencing fatigue, foggy brain, anxiety, low mood, lack of motivation, skin issues, bloating, fluid retention, chronic pain, digestive health issues, weight gain, hormonal issues, hair loss, etc. Whether they are local or international, first, we are interested in finding the root cause of the symptoms, which is a comprehensive process. Once we know the why and what, then 'how' becomes easy. We are constantly adding to our services as we are committed to achieving sustainable long-term transformation. Our goal is to achieve sustainable long-term outcomes, so our clients have vitality and thrive, and we have been very successful with achieving the expected outcomes so they have the quality of life and energy to thrive.

Q. What does the road ahead look like for Amara Wellness Centre? Do you have anything new coming up?

We have clients all around the globe that we support over the phone or zoom, and some travel to Australia to have in-house experiences; however, we love to grow to serve more people around the globe.
