Arke: A Digital Demand and Revenue Consultancy

Arke: A Digital Demand and Revenue Consultancy

Implementation of the marketing technology is important for most companies. But it is a challenging task. With its 3-step process Arke helps companies optimize and raise the digital demand and revenue of its client companies.

The Arke Story

The company was co-founded by CEO Eric Stoll and CMTO Chris Spears in 2005. Both of them worked at Turner Broadcasting as Software Developers. The co-founders wanted to build a company that would enhance the brand experience through intelligent recommendations and breakthrough marketing technology. The company that was established over a decade ago now specializes in strategic brand experience and marketing technology. Arke today is quintessentially a consultancy that designs, builds, and manages digital brand experiences of many bigwigs.

Based out of its spanking multi-floor offices in Atlanta, Georgia, the company has onboard over 90 people who provide their expertise to help brands scale and improve their marketing to ensure that their investments pay off in the right way. The company also has as many as 8 employees who were Sitecore MVPs.

The company has had a partnership with Sitecore since they came to the American shores. Arke has been its top-tier partner for years now and achieved the Platinum status in 2015. Arke has also enjoyed a close partnership with Microsoft since its inception.

Making a Difference

Giving back to the communities help professionals engage more and build deeper and more meaningful connections. Activities that businesses conduct to help out the local communities enable professionals to share their expertise and personal passions to do something good.

Arke team participates in activities by volunteering their personal time and makes investments in a number of organizations to help some in the community who do not have the best life has to offer. The company works with organizations like Boys Scouts of America, No Kid Hungry, Atlanta Community Foodbank, Battered Women’s Justice Project, and Women Who Code. On the social responsibility of the company, Chris Spears, the Chief Marketing Technology Officer says, “In the beginning, many folks donated time and energy to help us figure out how to start a business. Now we give back by doing the same thing from a business mentoring perspective. But we also think it's important to work with organizations in our communities to enable folks that may not have the same opportunities we did.”

A Case Study (STANLEY Engineered Fastening)

STANLEY Engineered Fastening is STANLEY Black & Decker’s largest business to business division which generated $12.7 billion in revenue. STANLEY Engineered Fastening delivers the world’s most diverse portfolio of fastening products. The company has been innovating in this space for almost 100 years.

But the company had 14 different websites globally which met the needs of the users across the supply chain, including the distributers, sales organizations, manufacturers, and engineers. The result was a user experience that varied greatly in different countries. The STANLEY Engineered Fastening digital experience was simply too confusing, inefficient, and fragmented. This not only made it hard for all the stakeholders to search for brands, it also made it hard for them to navigate multiple sites. There were also many language barriers and inconsistent inventory product descriptions.

Arke was hired to help solve these problems. Arke began its work by starting a close collaboration with the STANLEY Engineered leadership. This process involved interviews with stakeholders to understand the pain points. Arke then designed a web experience that would address these pain points. The company specifically focused on reducing the time required for the users to locate, order, and receive part. This enabled STANLEY Engineered Fastening to scale as the company continues on its growth trajectory through M&A.

The new single website created by Arke replaced the old fragmented user experience of 14 global sites. Now, all the stakeholders could use the website to get the best out of the market leading fastening company.
