The customers buying the design kit get access to microcontroller driver source, demo applications and Ayla Application libraries, which enables you to create great apps that securely control your Ayla-enabled devices with a smartphone or tablet. The customer only needs to focus on the supporting Android, iOS and web interfaces, UI and leave the networking, security and authentication to Ayla.

David Friedman, Co-Founder and CEO of Ayla Networks

David has a MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA from Colgate University. At ZeroG Wireless, David served as the Vice President of Business Development. As the Vice President, David made partnerships with leading micro-controller companies, built relationships with OEMs serving a variety of markets including health, fitness, home controls and smart energy. Before ZeroG, David was an employee at Matrix Semiconductor, worked in various roles in sales and marketing. Earlier, David headed the pricing at Intel and also worked as the analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group at Chase bank. He also holds five US patents.
