Q. What inspired the founding of Azaries Limited, and what key milestones have marked the company's journey since its inception?

The founding of Azaries Limited was inspired by a vision to revolutionize the AI landscape and unlock its full potential. This journey began with extensive research and testing from 2014 to 2015, laying the groundwork for a new approach to AI technology.

In 2016, Azaries was officially founded, marking a pivotal moment in our pursuit of innovation. This milestone was driven by a passion to push the boundaries of AI and create impactful solutions.

Securing our first investment in 2017 and 2018, marked a significant step forward for Azaries. This investment provided the necessary fuel to turn our vision into reality and accelerate our progress.

By 2018, we expanded our capabilities by establishing an offshore team, allowing us to broaden our reach and deepen our expertise in AI technology. The subsequent years saw key milestones in defining our target markets.  Recognition from an HMRC award in 2020 validated our innovative contributions and propelled us forward with capital infusion.

Building on our momentum, we secured further investments in 2021 to fuel our continued growth and innovation. As we look ahead to 2025, we are focused on diversifying our application revenue streams, reflecting our ongoing commitment to innovation and market leadership in the ever-evolving field of AI technology.

There are three complementary components:

1. Trademarks: The Azaries trademarks lead to a ‘powered by’ Azaries HAI insignia through software licensing.
2. Patents: This is aligned with the UK Government Award criteria of “solves a problem in an entirely new way previously unavailable using any other software.”

Q. How does Azaries Limited ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the financial industry, especially with regards to its innovative AI-driven investment strategies?

Pantiles Wealth, the licensor of Azaries software, is fully regulated by the FCA, with Reference Number: 653812.

Q. Could you provide examples of how Azaries' HAI methodology has been applied in real-world scenarios and the resulting benefits or outcomes?

The most demonstrable aspect is the application ‘Azaries Financial,’ one of many customized application areas. Relating this to the question of technology:

‘Azaries Financial’ utilizes powerful customization for application in financial markets. It employs customization that optimizes market-specific ‘macro technical and filtration systems’ on data.

Financial market customized components include:

1. Expert knowledge of the investment discovery process: This involves the use of technical analysis, pattern discovery, market momentum, and allied information to kick-start and continue to derive and improve accuracy.
2. Example Investments: This entails the selection of individual stocks and the most efficient algorithms for targeting predictions and price movements where volatility, volume, and price criteria are met.
3. Ensembles of AI techniques: This involves the selection and monitoring of twenty-eight algorithmic calculations and their associated influences in a continuous adjustment process of around 27 million calibrations.

These customization options will allow licensors to tailor parameters, thus achieving a high degree of autonomy and differentiation. This is particularly applicable to third-party licensors.

The company's business strategy is focused on three areas:

1. To become the leading provider of HAI-based software protected by patents and trademarks across custom-built AI applications. This entails aiming for a wide and broad appeal.
