We constantly evolving the tools we use and the channels we work on. The world has reached a pinnacle of evolution when it comes to communication. The newspaper, radio, and TV did not allow for engagement or data analytics like digital media. This is why data is such a big thing for us.

It provides direction and can serve as a compass to gauge if the conversation you are trying to have with your audience is going the right way. Looking back at your analytics for social media consistently will let you know which days of the week your content performs the best and which topics your audience connects to the most.

Marketing is highly effective when it is targeted and tailored toward an individual. Tell us about your data accumulation method for improving the experience of the consumers.

We rely on tools like Zapier to centralize data and ensure duplicates are avoided. We create monthly reports and always compare the current month’s numbers to the previous.

Q. What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?

Absolutely! We recently started offering a video-sharing platform allowing our clients to record their own videos and share them with us immediately on the cloud for editing. This tool also allows them to edit the video themselves, add subtitles, and post it directly from the tool. We also look deeper into marketing automation as part of our funnel and landing page building service.
