Q. Can you walk us through Book4Time’s journey from its beginning to where it unwaveringly stands today?

Book4Time was incorporated in 2004 and started as a cloud-based, multi-use scheduling software. In the beginning, we had clients of all business types such as veterinary clinics and car detailing shops, and much more. In 2008, Book4Time had its big break, landing its first enterprise, a multi-location day spa chain: Elizabeth Arden’s Red Door. With the success of this deal, Book4Time landed its first hotel spa client (Bliss) just one year later.

A partnership with Book4Time resulted in a more modernized guest experience, helping Starwood Hotels & Resorts move the W hotel brand into the resort business with the addition of a hip, modern spa concept. Fast Forward to 2022 Book4Time is the preferred spa software vendor of many enterprises and independent luxury brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Four Seasons, Canyon Ranch, and many more. We operate in over 95+countries around the globe and help manage the day-to-day spa and wellness operations of more Forbes 4 and 5-star properties than any other software brand.

Q. What are the values adhered to by Book4Time? How important are the values to the company?

Our 5 core values are at the center of everything we do from internal interaction to how we interact with our clients. Q. What is Book4Time’s approach to innovation?

We believe that customer centricity is at the core of what we do, our clients, and our community. We deliver a product that makes operational procedures easier for the world’s top hotels and resorts and provides those clients with ways to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We do this by holding regular meetings with all clients and key stakeholders that have helped us develop and fine-tune our product over the years. Developing solutions that will help scale our clients’ businesses and also help them manage their business more efficiently is at the core of our strategic planning initiatives. Can you briefly explain the various features of Book4Time’s platform?

Book4Time’s platform helps Spa Operations Teams, Finance Teams, and General Managers run their wellness business seamlessly. Our platform provides the ability to schedule guests for treatments, classes, and activities in traditional and unique ways to make the booking process a breeze.

In our latest release 7.8, we have added an ‘Enhanced Couples Booking’ feature which allows guests to make a dual appointment without any additional clicks or modifications to the designated facility or treatment room that they are assigned to. This feature also allows Spa Directors the ability to offer flat pricing for a dual service or the ability to scale pricing based on services provided.

Book4Time also has the most advanced reporting and analytics capabilities in our space with over 250 reports. These reports allow Management at all levels to assess the performance of their services, staff, and overall business to make the most of their current offerings and to plan for the future. We have also seen an increase in clients using our current capabilities to successfully manage classes, activities, and cabana rentals which has had a domino effect on internal product and development to enhance these capabilities. Book4Time also offers an internal CRM, inventory management system, and the ability to schedule tasks so that the system will automatically prompt or confirm certain flows of the booking and checkout process.

Q. How does Book4Time ensure seamless integration with the many other software hospitality companies use in their properties?

We have an industry-leading 60+ integrations which can communicate with other areas of a property to allow seamless workflows with Property Management Systems, Credit Card Processing, Gift Card Processing, Casino Loyalty Systems, Inventory Management Systems,  a handful of CRM systems and so much more! We are always innovating and each year we assess the needs of the industry and expand our technology partner network to be able to deliver maximum capabilities.

Q. Customers are the kings—in hospitality and elsewhere. Can you tell us about customer support features?

Book4Time goes above and beyond to make sure our customers receive white glove customer support, globally. We operate in over 95+countries, so it has always been at the core of our beliefs to be accessible at any time.
