Q. What are the top strategies according to you to grow a brand?

Hire the best people, treat them well, and make sure you keep them. Having the right team, training, and communication is key to any promotion of franchise best practices.

“Leave Your Mark” is a saying I adopted early on in my career. It not only spoke to my passion to continually evolve but to also inspire others to achieve their path to success. Over the years, I learned the power of controlling one’s attitude towards life is truly the most significant and impactful way to reach one’s goals.

I take great pride in the people that I've surrounded myself with at Busch Global. My vision has always been about leaving my mark. What better way to leave your mark than to have an organization that creates opportunities for our team members, our partners, our franchisees, and their team members to grow and succeed. I couldn't be prouder of what Busch Global has laid as a framework for sustainable future growth.

I am a visionary. I look down the road and see the potential 2 to 3 times what the team believes is possible. To put it another way, I know my team is capable of what they believe is impossible.

Q. How do you help aspiring people to start a business of their own?

Q. What history do you have in the fitness industry?

JD Busch started his franchising experience in 1995 in Fitness to now in 2021 with Pulse Performance.

JD focuses on delivering the highest level of performance and profitability for his franchisees, by providing one-on-one consulting and top-notch support in all areas of business operations. It is this passion that has attracted brands, such as Amazing Lash Studio, Massage Heights, Scissors & Scotch, and the newest concept a boutique personal EMS training concept to let JD and Busch Global help ignite their growth. JD’s journey to ownership began with a single, multi-unit deal in 1995. Since then, his organization has grown to over 100 franchisee-owned locations. Stretching over more than 8 major regions, JD represented the largest regional developer for two separate franchise brands.

JD was instrumental in building out the framework for Amazing Lash Studio to move from a small retail business to a major franchising company. Included in that was the framework of the business model, the training, and the structure. JD conducted the initial franchise training as well as opened the first franchise location for the brand. He was the first and largest regional developer for Amazing Lash Studio with over 135 licenses sold through Texas, Georgia, and Florida. In 2017, he won the Amazing Lash Regional Developer Top Sales of the Year Award and Trailblazer Award.

Q. How do you help your customers fall in the right place with strategic planning?

Busch Global is a part of IFPG “International Franchise Professional Group” and FPI “Franchise Pool International” which gives the access to reach well over 40 countries to expand brands. We have worked with brands throughout USA, UAE UK and Europe, and we have sold well over 25 plus Master Franchisees since 2013 and over 500 franchise licenses. Our process is to help franchisors build a team and culture for growth. Having the right team helps to ensure support, success and growth and is key to the master franchisee or franchisor’s overall success. Busch Global works very closely with master franchisees throughout the entire process to help ensure this future growth, including ongoing help with recruiting the right franchisees and all aspects of operations and training.
