CareLineLive was started by Josh Hough after his grandfather fell ill and the information they required about his care was not available. Besides that, the company’s sister IT company, MAS Group, worked with home care agencies so Josh understood the flaws in the home care sector. There was a gap in the market for home care software that was simple to use, flexible, enhanced efficiency, improved growth and fundamentally gave carers more time to care.

Q. What are the benefits of your eMAR (Electronic Medication Administration Record) solution to home care agencies?
The social care industry was frustrated with complicated eMAR sheets with split cells for codes and initials, so last year we launched our intuitive eMAR solution. Our eMAR is simple to use, where recurring medication and tasks can be set up easily and whose interface feels like second nature, ensuring if there is a problem, it never gets missed. It saves time and ensures carers can deliver responsive care quickly.

CareLineLive was one of the first software solutions to offer visibility about a relative’s care with our Family & Friends Portal. Its aim is simple: to provide peace of mind to families through 24/7 access to real-time information about a loved one’s carer visits including dates, times and updates.
