Meet the Visionary Leader
Maeve O’Meara is the Chief Executive Officer of Castlight Health, where she is responsible for the strategy and day-to-day operations and also serves on the Board of Directors. Maeve has been with Castlight since 2010 and was appointed as CEO in July 2019 after leading multiple functions within Castlight, including Product Management, User Experience and Product Analytics, and Customer Experience.
Maeve is an expert in health benefits, serves on the National Business Group on Health Cost Institute, and has been named a Top Digital Innovator by Employee Benefits News. She began her career at Bain & Company in Boston, MA, and holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from the University of Virginia.
