Cybage was founded in 1995 by a software design pioneer Arun Nathani. The company provides a range of global services including technology consulting, strategy, operations, general consulting, and much more to organizations across verticals and man-made boundaries. The company is a data-oriented organization that has a delivery focused approach which helps it deliver products and services that help its clients become more innovative and agile.

25 Years of Excellence

The company has come a long way since its inception in 1995. Today, the company offers consulting and professional services to its clients in multiple sectors. Cybage, which was founded with just 4 employees on its payroll, has now grown to a company that has over 6,300 employees in India and its offices worldwide. 

It has been a remarkable journey – from its humble beginnings that the company kick-started from an office in Pune, India to having six development centers across India and having global teams in over 15 countries across North America, Asia, Australia, and Europe.

COVID Response

The coronavirus pandemic has affected lifestyles and businesses across the globe. As lockdowns were enforced and businesses retreated homewards operationally, health became the top priority. Cybage was amongst the first companies to put into place a Business Continuity Plan and a Disaster Recovery module in place.

Cybage considers its employees to be its biggest assets and is ensuring the utmost care of their health and well-being. While the majority of its workforce works from home, those coming to the office are being protected by well-sanitized offices. All of its workplaces, cafeterias, conference rooms, incoming vehicles, and other office premises are being sanitized. Besides this, the company is conducting compulsory temperature screening of employees using thermal scanners. Further, employees are being provided necessary personal sanitization provisions including face masks and sanitizers at all possible touch-points. 

In order to encourage social distancing, all meetings are being held remotely via collaborative tools, employee seating arrangements have been made with the help of isolated work-stations, and cafeterias have been segregated. Earlier at the onset of the pandemic, all the support staff was provided temporary residency at the office premises. The company has also cancelled all of its travel plans until normalcy returns.

He founded Cybage in 1995 to place more emphasis on how the analysis of data is applied to decision-making rather than focusing on the data alone. He began his career in the U.S. as a software design engineer. He returned to India in early 1990’s. He has been awarded ‘CEO of the Year Award’ by the National Awards in IT Excellence, and ‘CEO with HR orientation Award’ during the Talent & HR Leadership conference organized by World HRD Congress and ET Now. He has also been conferred with ‘Global HR Excellence’ award at the Asia Pacific HRM Congress.
