The role I play within the business is to make sure it is never standing still, that it continuously moves forward for the good of our team and our customers.

I lead the company and support all members of the team with their day to day roles as and when required. Every day is different and can range from working on business growth activities and making operational decisions to giving my input on service or project related issues, meeting customers and suppliers, and occasionally taking the bins out. My vision for the business is to be a leading single point of contact for business technology solutions. To build a company that businesses aspire to work with, and people aspire to work within. I am here to ensure that we continue to grow to help more businesses succeed by offering technology products and services that drive their businesses forward and provide value.

I started Dufeu IT because I knew a different approach to the traditional ‘cowboy’ service was what local businesses needed. Businesses needed a technology provider they could trust, one which moved with the times and kept them up to date with the latest developments, listened to the needs of their business, offered solutions to their problems, and above all one which was professional and always strived to improve.
