With more than 30 years of working in consulting and professional services organizations, Alex has been involved mainly with building high performing teams, helping companies expand their global footprint into new markets and a focus on building leaders. His career has been a diverse one having worked for large, publicly traded companies as well as startups, early stage and mid-size organizations, along with working with both venture capital and private equity firms in helping them mature their portfolio companies.

As the CEO and founder of Emergn, Alex’s role is centered on the use of work-based education as a tool to accelerate learning and advanced skills and capabilities inside companies. Much of his life’s work has culminated in Emergn as he influences the way people think about change.
