Q. Why was Feeasy® created, and how has it evolved over the years?

Feeasy® was founded to provide clients of real estate agents nationwide with access to collateral-free financing for pre and post-sale improvements to increase the value of their properties and foster the agent-client relationship post-sale. Our model has since evolved to include financing solutions for services offered by stagers, contractors, tiny homes, and all other ancillary service sectors of the real estate industry.

Feeasy® is a vendor-driven business serving vendors through a free, industry-first, one-on-one service called Concierge Premier™, linking borrowers to a dedicated Feeasy® representative to answer any questions, personally guide them through the credit inquiry process, facilitate matches with lenders within the marketplace, and enrich their overall experience. Additionally, the referring vendor receives real-time updates of clients’ status via our vendor portal accessible 24/7.

Our mission is to provide vendors within the real estate industry the ability to offer their clients convenient and competitive web-based financing solutions for their goods and services through a free, one-on-one concierge experience for their clients.

Q. What are the benefits vendors receive for utilizing Feeasy®?

There are no fees or costs to the agent or client to use Feeasy®. They see an enhanced lead conversion rate, increased transaction speed, and improved client property values. Their clients see a greater home value, and the agent and brokerage receive a greater commission. For our other vendors, the benefits are increased transaction size and an expanded customer pool for those who may not have the cash upfront. Our vendors bear no risk or liability in offering our financing solutions. And the lenders sometimes fund in as little as a business day.

Q. How do you continue to disrupt the real estate industry?

Our ethos prioritizing personal interaction is our hallmark. Our representatives touch every deal that comes through our system regardless of size or eligibility. Further, we take the steps necessary to ensure we have assisted every borrower in facilitating a deal that works best for their needs. Our financing solutions are not collateralized by the real estate involved, terms are independent of the disposition of the home, and borrowers are free to use tradesmen of their choice.

Q. Take us through the journey and development of Concierge Premier™.

Internet lending is very unforgiving and leaves borrowers with many unanswered questions. We initially underestimated how unforgiving online lending could be and quickly noticed that the experience would significantly improve with a brief interaction between the borrower and a live representative. The Concierge Premier™ vendor portal system provides referring vendors real-time updates on their clients’ status 24/7.

Q. What are the benefits of collateral-free financing?

About the Co-Founders

Jac Credaroli and John Giannone, the Co-founders of Feeasy®, have interesting backgrounds. They are cousins, born two days apart in the same year and hospital to twin mothers, raised in the same town. Both attended UCONN and received their B.A. in economics. They began in the industry as real estate agents in New York City in 2016 and quickly noticed the void in the market for a convenient means to access financing for renters, sellers, and buyers. After honing the business model with Stanley A. Moskowitz, Chairman, the three went on to found Feeasy®.
