GAHR offers clients access to a comprehensive catalogue of letters and templates and the team also tailor bespoke letters to unique situations.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing: The recruitment market has evolved. More online job boards appear every year with new and more flexible ways of advertising and budgeting for recruitment adverts. There are now pay per click job boards and free boards work in some instances. More advertisers are now using social media such as LinkedIn or Facebook to attract candidates.

The team won’t hand the clients a template and leave the clients to it, the team will discuss the scenario with the clients and adapt it to the exact situation. After all, employment matters involve human beings and every situation will be slightly different. The contracts are written individually for each client. The team includes the clients’ branding and incorporates the personality of the organisation. The team will advise the clients on standard clauses but the team will also guide the clients in additional clauses that the clients may wish to include and the team will explain why. The team will also provide the clients with a support booklet to accompany the clients’ contract. If the clients then forget why a certain clause is included, the clients can refer to the booklet to see why. The cost of the clients’ contract will depend on the complexity and how many clauses the clients wish to include. Gillian Hinton, Managing Director

Gillian founded GA Human Resources Ltd in 2010 to provide companies with a new approach to HR Outsourcing. Gillian is a highly experienced HR Generalist having worked in senior posts in several FTSE 100 companies managing a full range of HR matters including employment law and relations, training & development, HR systems, talent management, recruitment, performance management, HR processes and HR strategy.

Gillian is a Chartered Member of CIPD and has a specialist focus in employment law, holding the CIPD Advanced Cert in Employment Law. She has assisted and represented clients at Tribunal. Gillian also holds a BSc in Psychology and is level A and B trained in Psychometric testing including personality profiling.
