To highlight and further understand what Global Touch, Inc. stands for and seeks to explore in this segment, I sat down with Denise Sangster, who serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer.

Q. Why the company was established and how far-reaching is it today?

Global Touch was founded to provide 360° synchronization between IT companies, customers, and partners in three areas: Alignment, Acceleration, and Predictability in revenue, growth, profit, and value.

Since our founding, we have focused on breakthrough innovation embedded in our core 'step-ahead' philosophy, which is to keep our clients ahead of market changes. As a result, we continually redefine our clients' expectations while balancing performing and transforming and embracing current and emerging market readiness requirements.

Q. What makes you special, and why do technology companies work with you?

We have three decades of a successful track record built upon working closely with our clients to help them balance scaling revenue through a productive global partner ecosystem while helping their partners realize strong profit earnings around products and services. We do this by leveraging our deep global field experience and operating in a data-centric culture wrapped in data storytelling.  We also share our knowledge of how to support partners with our clients’ product portfolios, programs, and benefits needed to future-proof outcomes that customers need and want. 

Q. How has Global Touch created opportunities for its clients? 

All of the work we do for our clients is about balancing current performance with the need to transform to be ready for future opportunities and threats. This means we are looking at the best way to bring products to market by leveraging established and emerging routes to market, such as marketplaces and managed services, while embracing traditional (distribution, resale, etc.) and atypical routes (i.e., OEM, white labeling, etc.). We are constantly evaluating opportunities to generate impactful value and predictable revenue for our clients, their partnerships, and mutual customers.

Q. How have you helped clients unlock predictable and sustainable growth and revenue? 

For most IT companies executives, predictable partner revenue is elusive and one of the most frustrating issues they try to tackle. They bring us in to help address it through data and data storytelling, disruptive innovation to engage partners, and brainstorming with partners, customers, and our clients to optimize and deliver sustainable success. 

Q. How does your expertise make you different from others in the market?

Our expertise is grounded in global field experience, expansive global relationships, and data-centric culture. We know partners and customers, and we have first-hand experience with what works, why, and what’s needed for the future. This is not theoretical knowledge, but one you learn only from the type of experience we have developed over many years.

Q. What are your services that can guarantee transformational success to your clients?

No one can promise success, and anyone that does should not be retained! While we have a strong track record of success, what really distinguishes us is that we help clients continue to refine programs to achieve planned and opportunistic success. We also treat our clients as clients for life, so if new issues pop up, we can help our clients see around these curves.

Q. How do you alter strategies with the changing client needs?

Clients are continuously updating and formulating new requirements to keep their businesses relevant and ahead of changing market conditions. Our approach is to help our clients maximize success while exploiting unplanned opportunities.
