The Covid/Pandemic was a big challenge as it was for many other businesses and we adapted by delivering Covid safety solutions to the workplace, such as heat detection cameras to office receptions.

I have established strong relationships with my clients and this is through investing my time in learning about their businesses, goals and challenges and then creating and adapting our offering accordingly. Every business has its own unique requirements and it is vital that we work with a tailored approach. This has resulted in us winning repeat business.

Parmi has worked as an IT consultant in New York City, City of London and more recently in Paris under the name Hot Spring IT. 7 years ago, an opportunity was presented to Parmi by a finance organization, an old acquaintance that sought his assistance to relocate their IT setup from New York to London. Parmi instantly organized a team to cover all the client’s IT requirements and successfully completed the project within the specified timescales. Following this success, Parmi wanted to lend his hand to other organizations, which led him to found Hot Spring IT.
