IBOX - Helping Protect the Nation’s Infrastructure from Cyber Threat

Cybersecurity has become one of the most compulsory parts of organizations today. In the era of data breaches and random online attacks, the reputation of a company lies in its smooth and secure operation. Apart from excelling in services, the companies must also take good care of the security of their intellectual property and customer’s data. Many companies have seen a downfall and loss of revenue due to data breaches. Although well-settled companies can manage such breaches in the longer run, new startups can be totally ruined by just one cyber attack.

IBOX Global (IBOX) is a cybersecurity provider that has earned a good reputation since its inception. It has been featured on the Inc. 500’s list of the Fastest Growing Companies. We had a word with the Managing Partner of IBOX, Tim T. Mercer. He gave us good information about the services and solutions offered by his company.

Why do companies and organizations work with IBOX?

Our business has been built off supporting some of the largest Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies. As a cybersecurity solutions provider, we understand the challenges that businesses and governments face. We’ve also been through some of the most stringent vetting to ensure we have the capabilities and capacity to securely support projects of any size. Quality of service is always achieved no matter what it takes.

How do you help your clients evaluate, execute, and realize their goals and objectives?

We take a holistic approach to all our projects and engage our clients from a business perspective first. We ensure the technology solutions being provided fit within the organizational framework and provides an immediate benefit that can be easily measured and evaluated.

How does IBOX help to choose apt technologies for business processes?

There are several aspects of a business or organization that are dependent upon each other to accomplish the overall goal or mission. Technology is the medium that ties them all together. The technical solutions we deploy must provide a return of investment for our clients, not just monetarily but also from an operational efficiency and value-add experience for the end-users.

Why do your clients rely on IBOX for developing, implementing, and sustaining necessary programs?

Execution is our expertise. We support clients by deploying secure and intelligent solutions through an integrated set of capabilities that focus on the bottom line of their business. Our unique approach to managing client deployments incorporates its people, processes, and technology.

How do you aid your clients during unforeseen cyber-attacks?

We start by taking a proactive approach to managing cyber risks that covers all possible threat vectors to information: People, Process, Technology & Facilities. We evaluate the current state of their information security capabilities, define the desired state vision of what the client expects, identify the gaps between the current and future states, and develop a roadmap plan to address those gaps. The processes, procedures, and technology we chose to address the gaps in what we rely upon to help mitigate the damages from unforeseen cyber-attacks.

How do you save your clients from failing in IT projects?

IT service readiness is the foundation of all our project engagements. As an innovative-centric organization, we strive to ensure client IT projects are aligned with their corporate strategy to drive business value from those projects. Assessing the delivery of that value is what service readiness is all about. We try to be involved from the initiation of a project through post-deployment to ensure projects are well-positioned to deliver their intended results to the entire organization. We ensure the transition of the new system to end-user acceptance is achieved with minimal interruption and projects are deployed in a consistent manner.
