iProov – Creating digital trust with biometric authentication by combining face biometrics and anti-spoofing
The days of using your PIN every time you make a payment or unlock your phone might soon become a thing of the past. People are already switching to biometric identification techniques such as fingerprint recognition to validate the authenticity of the user. From maintaining the employees’ attendance to combating the challenges of online and offline fraudulence, biometric recognition systems have outsmarted every other security measure. After its popularity in other environments, it is now gaining ground in financial payment systems. One key advantage of a biometric verification system is convenience. There’s just no need to reset the passwords. Once the biometric test is activated, all fingerprints, iris and facial recognition are done - and employees are good to go. It is even convenient to log the data and audit it accordingly.
iProov is one such company that combines the most advanced technology with rigorous processes and expertise to provide resilience against the most sophisticated attacks. iProov provides a machine-driven protection that does not require human intervention during day-to-day operations. When an attack has been identified, however, its highly trained individuals will analyze the attack scenarios and approve responsive actions. All of iProov’s security processes, including all processing of biometric data, happen on iProov’s secure cloud-based servers and not on-device. Every customer and user benefits from the monitoring and management of combined attack data from all geographies and sectors.
