In 2014, Peter Nguyen-Brown and Karl Redenbach co-founded LiveTiles with the intention of disrupting the status quo and leading organizations into a new era of digital transformation. After 20 years of working in the tech space together, including running their own SharePoint consultancy firm, they realized that end users needed to be empowered to build their own intelligent workplaces without relying on the expertise of others.

From the beginning, Karl and Peter envisioned a different kind of company, based on mutual respect, where employees enjoy an inclusive workplace that is open to forward-thinking ideas and embracing diversity. These core principles have guided Karl and Peter’s decision-making and helped establish LiveTiles as one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world. Peter Nguyen-Brown works in a global software and services business with passionate people focused on Employee Experience - this includes their customers, through to their partners and of course their own team of talented people.

Karl Redenbach, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Karl Redenbach is an award-winning Microsoft Partner and global software company that specializes in Employee Experience Platforms.

Karl holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. Before COVID-19, LiveTiles regularly hosted Monash students at its New York and London offices as part of the Global Discovery Program. He also sits on the Monash University GLN Advisory Committee, which is focused on positive change and philanthropic endeavors.

 Karl was named 46th on the 2016 BRW Young Rich List and joint 2014 CEO of the Year by the Australian Human Resources Institute. He was also named amongst the top 50 SaaS CEOs in 2018.
