Logically: We're on a mission to make IT better

In this digital age, IT is important for every business even though their core competencies could be something completely different from IT. Information Technology is undeniably a must-have and MSPs make up the gap through delivering expertise when businesses require IT services and solutions. But if a business is considering an MSP for the first time or considering a swift switch, Logically is the name they should remember. Logically takes care of all the IT needs, enabled by full outsourcing and in addition, adds strength and expertise to the IT teams of any business.

Logically is the right name

Winxnet, Inc. and K&R Network Solutions came together in June 2018 to bring to the country a leading IT services company. The companies started offering integrated solutions, operating procedures and systems as a merged entity. The company rebranded itself as Logically in 2019.

The CEO of Logically, Christopher Claudio, justified the name in the best way possible: “Our customers tell us they chose us because of the trust they have in us to always do the right thing, and our operational and technical excellence. Logically represents these qualities and our brand promise.  “Logic” represents our operational and technical excellence.  “Ally” represents our trusted partnership with customers.  We are your trusted IT ally, Logically.”

Merger of Winxnet, Inc. and K&R Network Solutions, Inc.

Although under a new name, this year is actually the company’s 20th anniversary as a service provider and MSP. When Winxnet and K&R Network Solutions came together, the company got the best of both worlds as Winxnet’s operational excellence coupled with K&R’s great technical excellence started offering customers the best MSP coast-to-coast.

Both Winxnet and K&R had already collaborated widely for years as part of the MSP industry. This further helped the two companies realise that they shared values, and industry vision. Both the companies eventually reached a point where they happened upon the realization that combining the expertise of both the companies would enable them to deliver even greater results.

As a combined entity, the company is present in Portland, San Diego, Lawrence, Chattanooga, Wallingford, and Jacksonville, and provides IT Managed Services to small and midsize enterprises all over the country.

Helping Cleveland Pediatrics

Cleveland Pediatrics was founded in 1976. It grew and continues to flourish even today. Cleveland Pediatrics has four physicians and two nurse practitioners. But during the winter, the practice sees a huge number of patients coming in for check-ups. The practice is a paperless and relies solely on Electronic Healthcare record (EHR) System. The physicians here move around so it is important that they have access to wireless network continuously. As the EHRs carry real-time patient information, the access is a crucial part of how the care is delivered at Cleveland Pediatrics.

Although, the practice had a partner before it picked Logically, Cleveland Pediatrics was not impressed by the support they got from the partner. The practice encountered a problem with their phone system one day. The patients were unable to communicate about scheduling appointments or speak with doctors due to the issue. Since, their existing MSP did not have any expertise in solving phone system related issues, Cleveland Pediatrics reached out to Logically. Sean Gallagher, The Southeast Regional Vice President of Logically, was heavily involved with the issue until it was resolved.

Cleveland Pediatrics eventually chose logically as its Managed Service Provider. During this transition, Logically made several changes to Cleveland Pediatrics’ network infrastructure by introducing its Harware as a Service (HaaS) program. The solution from Logically spared the practice the pain of buying hardware. Logically, in addition, provided hosting and other support for the internal IT team to resolve issues.

Robin Davis, Practice Administrator at Cleveland Pediatrics stated I’ve worked with the Logically team for quite some time now and it always seems like Logically cares about us as a customer. They always seem to understand our budgeting restrictions as well as our technology needs. I’ve never had an encounter with someone from Logically who doesn’t act or speak this way and I’ve never had this level of service with other providers.”

“Whether you’re outsourcing your entire IT department, or augmenting your in-house team, you can trust Logically to help your business thrive.

Our mission is to enable small and midsized organizations to achieve their business objectives through information technology.

The Logically team works incredibly hard to provide our clients with differentiating advice, flawless execution, and exceptional service.
